Mark performed a detailed check, but unfortunately he had to change the lift mechanism. He did everything possible to help me save money on this repair job. He is extremely professional, and I would recommend Mark and Precision to anyone looking for first rate service. I called at 11 am on a Sunday and they were out to my house before 4 pm. The technician explained the repairs that were needed and was very friendly and efficient. I ended up getting a new garage door opener because my old one broke when the torsion spring broke. The technician had all the needed parts in his truck. Pretty much a complete garage door rebuild and it was all done in 2 hours. Very impressive.
