I chose Precision Door from HomeAdvisor.com, because they had numerous customer reviews and they were almost all 5 stars, approximately 99%. I had had a chain-driven garage door that broke (the chain came off tracks) two days before the Great Flood of 2016, August 13. The cost to repair it and still have that AWFUL NOISE every time the door opened or closed, was just a bit less than getting a new BELT-DRIVEN, INSULATED door. I had never been happy with the chain-operated door. So, it was an easy choice to opt for the new SUPER QUIET, INSULATED door. I checked to see how well the insulation was working for several weeks, by going outside and feeling the temp of door, then coming back in and doing same. The difference was very dramatic!!! The guys were super nice and very professional. I'm very pleased and have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks guys, for an excellent product and professional service.

I can't say enough about the amazing service that Kinsman and Justin provided! I called around 1:30pm today and they called me at 4pm to say they were already on their way. They inspected the door, told me about the options I had to fix it and then got it done so quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The ladies who answered the call when I phoned were super nice as well. If I were able to give Precision a rating higher than 5 stars, I would! I'm beyond satisfied with their service and work!

I'm so happy that Precision promptness and professional manner earned my business. Justin called to let me know that he would be arriving in 15mins and he did. He inspected the garage door, shared information on what he found, then we discussed my concerns before he provided my options. Justin is a really good listener so I didn't have to repeat anything. He was prepared to fix the problem, replace the door or leave allowing me time to make a decision. My junky garage was repaired in less then two hours. Everyone from the young lady that answered the phone, confirmation of appointment and Justin's visit was a pleasure. This team deserves a 5....I will be happy to refer my friends and family.

I called at 11 am on a Sunday and they were out to my house before 4 pm. The technician explained the repairs that were needed and was very friendly and efficient. I ended up getting a new garage door opener because my old one broke when the torsion spring broke. The technician had all the needed parts in his truck. Pretty much a complete garage door rebuild and it was all done in 2 hours. Very impressive.
