Do to a lightning strike I had to get my garage door opener repaired or replaced. I found these guys on line and a day later they were at the house to troubleshoot it. The motor and the boards were smoked and had to be totally replaced. They ordered a new opener and within a week the job was done. The door opens like new- no more yanking on the chain to open it!

We rarely take the time to leave reviews - but this was a cause to do so and take the time. I came home after work and went to close the garage door, and the bolts started popping off and the door half fell. Luckily it did not fall on my car, but it refused to move and we couldn't close it until our regular handyman could look at it. We googled garage door repair and the top rated result was Precision. It was 7pm and almost after hours but someone picked up as friendly as could be - and said a tech could make it out by 8. We said 'send him on over, please!' and within 45 minutes Justin Ables showed up. Justin was a perfect professional and very friendly. He took one look at our garage door and not only show a proper amount of compassion and care for the hassle of it all, but quickly assessed what he could do and should do. He noted the whole door probably needs replacing, as it's 17+ years old, but gave us some price ranges for patch repair, or broader repair instead of full replacement. We opted for patch repair as we rent the property and the landlord authorized that price. Within an hour Justin had gotten the door closed. Not just that, he got it back on track and working - and it works still. The landlord might still have to replace it long term, but we were very happy with the same day service, and that he got it in working order for under $150.

Fast, friendly and professional service. Impressed to say the least. The technician had that parts to repair my door and did a complete check up which identified additional issues that were taken care of as well. Very happy with the service and promptness. Will use Precision Door Service in the future. They are now my new garage door company.

We received quick response with our Live Chat to Precision Door Service on Monday afternoon. Two very professional technicians arrived early Tuesday morning , after calling to give us an arrival time. Our door was repaired quickly, since the technicians had all the necessary parts on their truck.

I don't normally write a lot of reviews but I was extremely pleased with the service from this company. I called around 4 pm one afternoon and had a technician at my house within 2 1/2 hours. He was friendly, fast and efficient. He found the problem right away, explained what it was and had it fixed in no time and the price was reasonable. This is the way service should be. Thank you Justin for the great job and a 5 star for the company.

I usually don't write reviews, because it hard to determine something based on someone else's experience. We called and got same day service. Our technician manager was Justin. He was very professional, knowledgeable about his products, gave us some great advice on how to maintain our garage door and opener. Our experience was great. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Justin was very friendly and understanding. My door was damaged in the flood. I had to have my door replaced. The pricing was excellent as well as timeframe for my delivery. The installation crew came out early and had my new door up in a few hours. I am very happy that I discovered your company. I had already recommended my mother to you. She was also very pleased with how quickly her repairs were done.

I chose Precision Door from HomeAdvisor.com, because they had numerous customer reviews and they were almost all 5 stars, approximately 99%. I had had a chain-driven garage door that broke (the chain came off tracks) two days before the Great Flood of 2016, August 13. The cost to repair it and still have that AWFUL NOISE every time the door opened or closed, was just a bit less than getting a new BELT-DRIVEN, INSULATED door. I had never been happy with the chain-operated door. So, it was an easy choice to opt for the new SUPER QUIET, INSULATED door. I checked to see how well the insulation was working for several weeks, by going outside and feeling the temp of door, then coming back in and doing same. The difference was very dramatic!!! The guys were super nice and very professional. I'm very pleased and have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks guys, for an excellent product and professional service.
