Very professional, excellent communication, and very honest about what needed to be done (no scamming)! He went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was fixed and payment was sorted out correctly. They rearranged things on their end to come out at an earlier date due to the urgency of the situation, and the repair was done super quick!
