Precision responded very quickly to our call for help raising our garage door as there was no other entrance. Brad and Amari were professional and courteous as well as persistent in figuring out how to raise the door and determining that power had been cut off to the garage. (Lightening strike?). They also installed a device to open the door manually from outside if this ever happens again. We highly recommend this company as providing a very fine door and wonderful service.

On time, great service and courtesy technician. I’ve used Precision Door before and had the same high quality service each time. The first time I had a new opener installed. This time I had the springs and rollers replaced. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone.

I’m very pleased with the quality of the service Sean provided installing our new opener. He arrived on time, explained the process, did the installation, and programmed Homelink in the car. He programmed the remotes not only for the door, but for the gate, as well and patiently explained how the add the opener to MyQ. It was an all around great experience.
