We hired Precision Door to troubleshoot and repair existing non-functional garage door openers. The technician (Mark) showed up on time, and was friendly and professional. He explained what was the minimum needed and what should be done to optimize performance balanced with cost. He replaced the two motors and "tuned up" the doors. He stayed late on a Friday night, not because there was a problem, but because he wanted to make sure it was done right (in his words, "the way I would want it done if it were my house."). I could not be more pleased with the service and the results. Thanks Precision Door!

Wow! My technician James arrived @ approximately 5:30 pm and by 8:00 pm my old garage door was functioning like new! James replaced the springs, opener, new remotes, new contacts, and a belt drive all in a couple of hours! He was very knowlegeable, courteous, and professional. Five stars is not enough for this job...but that's as high as the ratings go.

Had an existing "boat port" door replaced, and an automatic belt driven door for my double garage installed as well. Honestly, one of the best services I've ever gotten. Used the Home Advisor web page, and let the customers reviews do the selling. Wasn't hard to pick Precision, and they are everything advertised. Their #1 tech Kinsman, surpassed all expectations, including hanging over a couple hours to finish the job in a single day for us. Highly recommend.

I'd been wanting to do a tune and lube special since buying the house a year ago because the garage door howled every time we opened and closed it, but hadn't got around to it. Tuesday I tried to oopen the garage door and it would only open 6 in. I figured it was the sensor alignment, but couldn't get it to work after adjusting them. It also weighed a ton trying to open it. I requested service just before 06:00 pm on line through their chat service, that was quick and easy. When Mark arrived the next morning he informed me that the spring was broken, which was why it was so heavy. He prepared a proposal on the spot, gave me some options, and let me decide. I went for the upgraded powder coated springs, stainless cables, new rollers, and lifetime warranty. Mark set to work right away, had everything in his truck, and 2 hrs later I was back in business. Thanks Mark for your professionalism and thanks Precision for your quick response and easy chat function for ordering. Great Job, my garage door doesn't howl at me any more, and they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Thank You.

I was in need of a garage door repair quickly. Called a few local shops no one would answer the phone or return calls except for precision door. Talked to customer service they had me fixed up the next day quickest possible. Highly recommend precision door of Baton Rouge! A+ in my book.
