Precision Door Service just left after replacing the tension springs (and a couple other things) on my garage door. It was probably one of the best service experiences I've had with any home care service. I called this morning and they offered me an 11:00 appt to come out and fix it. Since I was at work until late they offered a 6:00-8:00pm timeframe for today which I accepted. The guy calls me at 6:01 and apologizes that he was still busy on another job and it would be another 45 minutes or so. He arrived just after 7and again apologized for running late (???). When he arrived, he talked with me about what needed to be done and my options for repair. The guy just now left .... garage door fixed... I could not be more satisfied with this company. The last time I needed my garage door serviced, it took over a week to get someone out here! Needless to say they are on my short list of highly recommended companies!

My garage door needed repair i got another company to come fix it. A week later they showed up unannounced. One guy with that company said I needed a new door and the other guy there said I just needed a new track and left without fixing the door. So I call Precision Doors and they came out that day and gave me cost effective options to fix the door and did a great job. The service man Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I took my son's advice and chose Precision to check out my garage door and opener. After discussing what the tech discovered wrong I decided it was best to get a new door and opener. The job was done in a timely manner. The technition was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the door and opener. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the remotes, keypad and how to open door if electricity is out. You won't go wrong by using Precision for your needs. I give them a great big 5 of approval.

We rarely take the time to leave reviews - but this was a cause to do so and take the time. I came home after work and went to close the garage door, and the bolts started popping off and the door half fell. Luckily it did not fall on my car, but it refused to move and we couldn't close it until our regular handyman could look at it. We googled garage door repair and the top rated result was Precision. It was 7pm and almost after hours but someone picked up as friendly as could be - and said a tech could make it out by 8. We said 'send him on over, please!' and within 45 minutes Justin Ables showed up. Justin was a perfect professional and very friendly. He took one look at our garage door and not only show a proper amount of compassion and care for the hassle of it all, but quickly assessed what he could do and should do. He noted the whole door probably needs replacing, as it's 17+ years old, but gave us some price ranges for patch repair, or broader repair instead of full replacement. We opted for patch repair as we rent the property and the landlord authorized that price. Within an hour Justin had gotten the door closed. Not just that, he got it back on track and working - and it works still. The landlord might still have to replace it long term, but we were very happy with the same day service, and that he got it in working order for under $150.
