Saturday morning and both cars trapped inside the garage. When I called Precision Door, they were courteous and timely in sending someone. They sent a photo with tech’s picture & rating. Process was incredibly efficient. From making the appointment to promptness, courtesy and effectiveness of the technician. They sent a text with ETA of arrival. Text included picture and rating of the technician. My tech was Nicolas. He was great. He fixed the problems I was having quickly and even provided a little lagniappe by setting a clock on my opener that had been flashing for months.....Nicolas offered other services, but I didn’t need them and he wasn’t pushy about taking them. I’d recommend to anyone!
