Spenser was a very nice young man…he measured, he tighten the spring(I assumed, he had a device) he took pictures and he walked and looked. He never oiled my rollers or spring…he asked me how many times had the light flashed(wasn’t aware that I’d needed to know this). At the end he said that my rollers were took weak to support the door and showed us some prices. I am not in garage door business but we did tell him that it seemed like the problem was in the control panel…oh well I paid him for the service call and probably will not use your company again…again, Spenser was a very nice young man. Thanks

Service was top notch! I received a call before the tech arrived and the repair was done quickly and efficiently. He also checked all other functions and when complete, the garage door was smooth and quiet, just as when it was first installed!
