We rarely take the time to leave reviews - but this was a cause to do so and take the time. I came home after work and went to close the garage door, and the bolts started popping off and the door half fell. Luckily it did not fall on my car, but it refused to move and we couldn't close it until our regular handyman could look at it. We googled garage door repair and the top rated result was Precision. It was 7pm and almost after hours but someone picked up as friendly as could be - and said a tech could make it out by 8. We said 'send him on over, please!' and within 45 minutes Justin Ables showed up. Justin was a perfect professional and very friendly. He took one look at our garage door and not only show a proper amount of compassion and care for the hassle of it all, but quickly assessed what he could do and should do. He noted the whole door probably needs replacing, as it's 17+ years old, but gave us some price ranges for patch repair, or broader repair instead of full replacement. We opted for patch repair as we rent the property and the landlord authorized that price. Within an hour Justin had gotten the door closed. Not just that, he got it back on track and working - and it works still. The landlord might still have to replace it long term, but we were very happy with the same day service, and that he got it in working order for under $150.

He was very professional, knowledgeable about his products, gave us some great advice on how to maintain our garage door and opener. Our experience was great. Justin was very friendly and understanding. My door was damaged in the flood. I had to have my door replaced. The pricing was excellent as well as timeframe for my delivery. I can't say enough about the amazing service that Kinsman and Justin provided! I called around 1:30pm today and they called me at 4pm to say they were already on their way. They inspected the door, told me about the options I had to fix it and then got it done so quickly. They were knowledgeable, friendly and personable. The ladies who answered the call when I phoned were super nice as well. If I were able to give Precision a rating higher than 5 stars, I would! I'm beyond satisfied with their service and work!

I'm so happy that Precision promptness and professional manner earned my business. Justin called to let me know that he would be arriving in 15mins and he did. He inspected the garage door, shared information on what he found, then we discussed my concerns before he provided my options. Justin is a really good listener so I didn't have to repeat anything. He was prepared to fix the problem, replace the door or leave allowing me time to make a decision. My junky garage was repaired in less then two hours. Everyone from the young lady that answered the phone, confirmation of appointment and Justin's visit was a pleasure. This team deserves a 5....I will be happy to refer my friends and family.
