My old wooden garage door was stuck at an angle with me leaving town the next day. I used home advisor and left messages for two companies that I needed emergency assistance. Precision called me 6 minutes later and someone was at my house in less than an hour, getting the garage door secured. I did eventually hear from the other company, 6 Days Later! I went ahead an ordered a new door with Precision right then, as mine was falling apart and no longer functional. Agree with the other raters, these folks are really nice, polite and professional. The new door is a much tighter fit also. Highly Recommend Precision.

Precision Door Service just left after replacing the tension springs (and a couple other things) on my garage door. It was probably one of the best service experiences I've had with any home care service. I called this morning and they offered me an 11:00 appt to come out and fix it. Since I was at work until late they offered a 6:00-8:00pm timeframe for today which I accepted. The guy calls me at 6:01 and apologizes that he was still busy on another job and it would be another 45 minutes or so. He arrived just after 7and again apologized for running late (???). When he arrived, he talked with me about what needed to be done and my options for repair. The guy just now left .... garage door fixed... I could not be more satisfied with this company. The last time I needed my garage door serviced, it took over a week to get someone out here! Needless to say they are on my short list of highly recommended companies!

My garage door needed repair i got another company to come fix it. A week later they showed up unannounced. One guy with that company said I needed a new door and the other guy there said I just needed a new track and left without fixing the door. So I call Precision Doors and they came out that day and gave me cost effective options to fix the door and did a great job. The service man Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I took my son's advice and chose Precision to check out my garage door and opener. After discussing what the tech discovered wrong I decided it was best to get a new door and opener. The job was done in a timely manner. The technition was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the door and opener. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the remotes, keypad and how to open door if electricity is out. You won't go wrong by using Precision for your needs. I give them a great big 5 of approval.
