Precision responded very quickly to our call for help raising our garage door as there was no other entrance. Brad and Amari were professional and courteous as well as persistent in figuring out how to raise the door and determining that power had been cut off to the garage. (Lightening strike?). They also installed a device to open the door manually from outside if this ever happens again. We highly recommend this company as providing a very fine door and wonderful service.

I have used them before and my call this time resulted in giving me many options for the date/time service call. I was notified that the repairman was 30 minutes away along with his photo. When Ed arrived he was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me with three options. I made my choice of the new motor and rail and in less than 60 minutes it was good to go and no mess. I highly recommend these folks.
