The young man who came to check my garage door (it had been making a weird noise) was very polite and courteous. But he failed to find a crucial spot where a screw had come off that held a bracket to lift the door. The pressure of only one screw was too much and the door broke 2 days later. My son ordered a new whole new bracket, so I hope he can fix it. I am lifting the door and closing it manually now. So my fee of $90 did not really accomplish anything. I have to say that the door did raise and shut what seemed properly when the young man was here, but broke 2 days later because of the missing screw.

Precision was wonderful! They came out within a couple of hours. The spring had come out of the track of the garage door and the door wouldn't open. Naturally my hubby couldn't leave as his vehicle was trapped. We received very timely, professional service and they had us back on track. Literally! Thank you Precision!

Do to a lightning strike I had to get my garage door opener repaired or replaced. I found these guys on line and a day later they were at the house to troubleshoot it. The motor and the boards were smoked and had to be totally replaced. They ordered a new opener and within a week the job was done. The door opens like new- no more yanking on the chain to open it!
