We turly appreciate the excellent services nd support we received from Precision Doors. As survivors of Hurricane Ida Precision handled our doors for 8 months because we didn't realized the major damages Hurricane Ida caused ti our home. The team that installed our doors were on time, very knowledgeable, professional and explained the entire process and the time it will take to do the job and it was installed in a timely manner. When we bought to the Reps attention we ordered the doors with windows the Rep immediate respond by contactong management to correct. Overall AWESOME JOB ????

They came out on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. My unit is 1 year and three months old. Yesterday , I paid $149.00 for labor to do the following: Safety Sensor Fee-Alignment or re attachment of safety sensors, travel and force setting adjustments, and tune up of door and operator For the life of me, I cant imagine a garage door that needs this service after 1 year and three months. When I asked about warranty, none of this is included. Also, the door was out of alignment. I have never had a door out of alignment. Bottom line is two things: In order for it to be a warranty item, it must be major! Don't bite on the basic $49 service. It will always be more than that.
