Sean was the technician who came to our home to assess the problem we were having with our garage door. He showed me how the sensor was not aligned properly, repaired the metal that in case it by straightening it, and gave me an estimate what it would cost to replace the unit itself if that day arrived. We need a new garage door. Jacob came out to look at our current garage door, explain our options and pricing. Jacob was very attentive, welcomed questions and made sure we understood the choices available to us. It was a Friday, after 5PM, I sincerely appreciated Jacob’s patience as I read off my extensive list of questions. Jacob is a very customer service oriented person and a real pleasure to deal with. Our only disappointment, which is out of Jacob’s control, is the length of time we will have to wait to get a darker colored garage door. We had hoped to change the garage door color to match our gutters, and forgo the boring sand color door we have had, along with the rest of the neighborhood. With our countries current commerce issues, the wait is understandable, but unfortunate if time is not on your side. All in all, we were quite pleased with Precision Door & with Jacob. Thank you!

The service was excellent. Technician was on time, professional and neat. They replaced our unit. It was over 25 years old. When they completed their work they cleaned the area in the garage and the driveway. The technician went over the unit with me and explained how to use each one of the openers. I was extremely pleased. Pricing reasonable.

The two young men who arrived to repair my garage door were very polite and professional. My repair was very simple and they did sell me accessories for my garage door opener. Due to the ratings I read I called for there services but when you call don’t go off what they tell you because when the repair guy comes they tell you completely different prices and things are not the same as they quote you!!
