Precision was recommended by a friend who used their services in 2020. I have been having problems with my garage door opener for the past several years and just kept putting off getting it serviced. It finally would not go up so I decided to call in the morning and was given a service appointment for that afternoon. Service Tech Anthony Poulos called when he was on his way. He asked questions about what was going on and took pictures. I had a broken spring and was given several options for service/replacement. Due to the age of the house and dealing with several years of issues, I opted for replacement of everything. Anthony was very knowledgeable and efficient in providing timely service. Very personable. Scale of 1 to 10, he’s a 10.

My garage door broke 7/26 and Precision came out the very next day 7/27 and repaired my door. The guys were hospitable, informative and knowledgeable with giving me the problems with my door the resolution of the problem and gave 3 options with cost for repair. Cameron and his tech help was too cool and very friendly.

I am not real happy so far. They came and gave me an estimate ran off of the driveway and rutted up my yard, it would not have been so bad if they would have said something instead of me finding it myself after they left.

I began searching for companies to repair an industrial door that was damaged by a shipping supplier. After research I came across Precision Overhead Door Service, and chose them to perform the repair after checking out other companies and reviewing different quotes. They were always on point with communication in regards to process and shipment of replacement panel that had to be specially built. The repair was done in in good time and all their estimates were right on point. Very pleased with the services they provided and the professionalism of each employee I dealt with. I found my garage door springs and cables busted on a Friday. Mr Mark was out Monday morning to make the repairs. He had the parts on the truck. He explained in detail what repairs he would be making and the expected cost. Repairs we made promptly and I arrived home from work to a working garage door. Everything from the ease of scheduling, to the text messages confirming the appointment time was seamless. Will definitely use Precision in the future.
