The service was excellent. Technician was on time, professional and neat. They replaced our unit. It was over 25 years old. When they completed their work they cleaned the area in the garage and the driveway. The technician went over the unit with me and explained how to use each one of the openers. I was extremely pleased. Pricing reasonable.

The two young men who arrived to repair my garage door were very polite and professional. My repair was very simple and they did sell me accessories for my garage door opener. They installed a pad outside and everybody was happy. Thank you for your service if I ever need service again I will call you back

Due to the ratings I read I called for there services but when you call don’t go off what they tell you because when the repair guy comes they tell you completely different prices and things are not the same as they quote you!!

The young man who came to check my garage door (it had been making a weird noise) was very polite and courteous. But he failed to find a crucial spot where a screw had come off that held a bracket to lift the door. The pressure of only one screw was too much and the door broke 2 days later. My son ordered a new whole new bracket, so I hope he can fix it. I am lifting the door and closing it manually now. So my fee of $90 did not really accomplish anything. I have to say that the door did raise and shut what seemed properly when the young man was here, but broke 2 days later because of the missing screw.

I have never been more impressed with a company. Your service is incredible . The young men sent our were polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. If there were more than a five star rating, I would certainly give your company many more. Precision was wonderful! They came out within a couple of hours. The spring had come out of the track of the garage door and the door wouldn't open. Naturally my hubby couldn't leave as his vehicle was trapped. We received very timely, professional service and they had us back on track. Literally! Thank you Precision!

Do to a lightning strike I had to get my garage door opener repaired or replaced. I found these guys on line and a day later they were at the house to troubleshoot it. The motor and the boards were smoked and had to be totally replaced. They ordered a new opener and within a week the job was done. The door opens like new- no more yanking on the chain to open it!
