I was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to check on my garage door. It was great to get a text message showing the location of the technician. The technician had all parts available to repair the garage door during the same visit. They also worked with my home warranty company. Evan took time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for "this is what you need now" and "this is what you can do later".

The two young men who arrived to repair my garage door were very polite and professional. My repair was very simple and they did sell me accessories for my garage door opener. Called Precision Door that morning and got an appointment for 2 PM that afternoon. Received a text with my technician Evan’s picture and a short bio. Awesome and professional service. Diagnosis of problem, new opener installed, gone in less than 2 hours. Wow!

I was charged nearly $150 for approximately four minutes worth of work, which entailed connecting two wires that had been disconnected. I was charged for services I neither requested nor needed including a 'safety inspection', which included measuring my door with a tape measure and watching my garage door open and close. I was not informed I would be charged for these superfluous. Had I been informed of this I never would have used this service. The technicians were very professional and polite, but the service was not worth the fee.
