Justin, who installed my door after having 5 feet of flood water in my home in August, 2016, was an excellent communicator. I spoke with him over the phone about the keyless entry panel, at which I needed to change the code to prevent unwanted entry. We weren't able to resolve over the phone last night, so he sent a technician, Josh, who arrived promptly today, on time. He took his time making certain everything was in working order and had a professional, courteous manner. I love you guys and your product and recommend you often. Thanks for taking care of me. I called on a Sunday morning due to the spring breaking on my garage door. the person on the phone was very helpful and was able to have a techn out the next morning by 8am!!! The Techn, Josh, was very professional!! He called to confirm and let me know he was on his way and was at my house for 8am!!! He was very polite and worked hard and quickly to get my garage back up and running with in about 1 1/2 hrs!! I am very happy with the service provided.

I had my entire door replaced due to changes in technology & the relatively low difference in price between a 2 panel vs. 4 panel/entire door & all related things replaced! I really liked the thorough diagnostic checklist that is performed both at initial consultation & upon completion of work!! Ask for Josh!! Thorough quality work & excellent customer service!
