I am very impressed with the efficient and professional service I received. I called to report my issue late Wednesday afternoon and was given an early Thursday morning appointment. Quentin was very polite and knowledgeable. He made sure everything worked perfectly and that I was familiar with the equipment. I will definitely recommend Precision Door Service!!

A friend recommended Precision because she have used you all in the past. The service provided was attaching the string to the door. I also wanted to look at other options such as battery backup and/or latch and handle with a lock. Anthony, the technician was very knowledgeable. Also he came much earlier than my set appointment which I appreciate.

A friend used and recommended Precision recently. Quick response to come out and check out our issue. Anthony called and was able to come out a little early which was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was able to get my garage door parts replaced and working within a couple of hours. He took the time to show us all the features and help us get everything set up quickly. I would highly recommend both Precision and Anthony!

I don’t remember the techs name ( from port Allen) was very knowledgeable, hard working sand thorough...please pass on to him. I questioned the price at first not realizing he had replacement rail included. The door came out great as he fined tuned it to prevent the cable jumping again. Her gave me some maintenance tips also...why four stars? Have to see how long it runs..????

Called them at 8:30on a Saturday morning with a door that had a broken spring. The door was serviced and repaired less than three hours later at a reasonable cost. They were recommended by my neighborhood Facebook page members and I could not be more satisfied with their fast efficient service.

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door company. I previously called another company that came out to my home but never returned to do the work. We called early on Monday morning regarding a problem with our door going up and down unsolicited. By 12:15 p.m., Justin and Joshua arrived at our home and diagnosed the problem. We were pleasantly surprised to learn their records indicated we were still under warranty and wouldn't be charged anything!! (We had only recently purchased the home and weren't aware of the age of the door.) They were very efficient and courteous and completed the work within 20 minutes!! We would highly recommend them to others and certainly will call them again when we experience any other problems. Thank You, Guys!
