On Friday afternoon we experienced our garage door not opening when car remote activated; also would not open with control inside the garage. We saw the spring, above the door was broken. When I Googled "LiftMaster Garage Doors Baton Rouge" your Precision site came up. I was impressed with all the information contained on the site, so gave a call. Your service technician, Kinsman, showed up at 8:00 AM Saturday morning, explained the problem and the solution in a very professional manner and took care of our problem in less than an hour, at a reasonable price. He left our garage door in perfect operating condition (with no more squeaking, either) and took all the old broken parts away, too. I was very impressed. Would definitely recommend Precision and your technician, Kinsman, to anyone having garage door issues.

I had an emergency-_it was 5 PM and my garage door would not go down. A very nice man, Kinsman Knight,came within a short time, removed the birds nest, checked the door, lubricated the springs, and I was back in business for a very reasonable fee. Kinsman showed right on time as planned. Was very professional in explaining what needed to be done to repair our door. So far the service has been great!!! Couldn’t ask for better. We have to replace the whole door and torsion bar, so repairs are not yet complete, but that is as we expected. Given my experience with Kinsman this morning, I am very confident relaid will be completed to my satisfaction.

I began searching for companies to repair an industrial door that was damaged by a shipping supplier. After research I came across Precision Overhead Door Service, and chose them to perform the repair after checking out other companies and reviewing different quotes. They were always on point with communication in regards to process and shipment of replacement panel that had to be specially built. The repair was done in in good time and all their estimates were right on point. Very pleased with the services they provided and the professionalism of each employee I dealt with.
